 Melissa has over 15 years of experience in the market research field. She began her career as an interviewer for Friedman Marketing in 1986. She learned many aspects of data collection through various positions such as telephone interviewer, on-site interviewer, executive interviewer, editor and assistant manager of the telephone center. In 1991, she started at Crimmins and Forman as the assistant mall manager and quickly advanced holding such positions as Telephone Room Supervisor, Field Supervisor, Field Manager, and Field Director. She is now a managing partner at Crimmins and Forman. Melissa attended Wayne State University.
