Sue McAdams, Owner/President of Herron Associates, Inc. in Indianapolis has 23 years experience in the data collection field. Beginning her career as a phone interviewer and working through management provided hands-on experience in all areas of data collection. Specialized areas include phone recruiting, focus groups, CLT, mall intercept and commercial test kitchen projects. Sue’s daily responsibilities include overall company management, directing the management and department teams, project bidding and scheduling.
As an active MRA member, Sue’s volunteer credentials include 5 ½ years on the Great Lakes Chapter board, 4 years on the MRA national board and 4 years on MRA/QRCA joint committee. Sue has served on numerous MRA qualitative task forces, presented at conferences and was a 2004 MRA Shining Star Award recipient. Current board member of GroupNet, the largest partnership of independently owned qualitative facilities.
